About

Three people,
one ledger.

Push Collective started in 2021 when a creative lead, a media buyer, and a tracker nerd kept ending up on the same projects and decided to skip the agency in the middle. We work from Telliskivi in Tallinn, run nine advertiser accounts, and shipped 1,840 creatives in the last twelve months. There are no account managers because there are no accounts to manage between you and the person doing the work.

01
Kaspar Vaher, Founder & creative lead at Push Collective

Kaspar Vaher

Founder & creative lead · Tallinn

Kaspar wrote push copy for 40+ offers across sweeps, utilities, and finance before founding the collective in 2021. He still writes the first draft of every angle matrix and kills his own headlines faster than any client asks him to.

  • · 8 years in affiliate creative
  • · 1,840 creatives shipped in the last 12 months (collective total)
  • · ex in-house at a Tier-1 utilities advertiser
02
Alina Bondar, Senior media buyer at Push Collective

Alina Bondar

Senior media buyer · Tallinn (via Kyiv)

Alina has bought push and pop traffic across Tier 1–3 since 2020. She owns the bid ladders and the whitelists, and she treats a source ID that converts twice as a rumor until it converts twenty times.

  • · 6 years buying push/pop traffic
  • · campaigns run on RichAds, Push.House, PropellerAds, RollerAds
  • · manages the collective's GEO map
03
Deniz Aydın, Tracking & data analyst at Push Collective

Deniz Aydın

Tracking & data analyst · Tallinn (via Izmir)

Deniz runs the trackers, the postbacks, and the fatigue model that decides when a creative retires. Five years of tracker ops taught him that most 'traffic problems' are sub-ID taxonomy problems wearing a costume.

  • · 5 years in tracker operations
  • · Voluum, RedTrack, and Binom power user
  • · owns the collective's creative-fatigue model

How we decide things

Every campaign carries written kill thresholds set before spend, a Friday note in plain language, and numbers pulled from the tracker, never from a slide. The rules we run are public in our seven checklists, and the results we claim sit in the receipts with their methods attached. When a test says an offer cannot afford its geography, we say so and end the retainer with the month; the pricing page explains why that sentence costs us nothing.
