What we collect
Almost nothing. This website is a static brochure: it has no user accounts, no payment processing, and no marketing pixels. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and capacity purposes, retained for up to 30 days.
When you email us at contact@pushcollective.net, we receive whatever you choose to send, typically a name, an email address, and campaign details. We use it to reply and for nothing else.
The contact form, explained honestly
The form on our contact page is a front-end demonstration. It validates your input and shows a sending state in your browser, but it does not transmit anything to us or to any third party: no request leaves your device, and nothing you type is stored. To actually reach us, use the email address shown beside the form. We built it this way so the site can run as pure static files with no data-collecting backend.
How information is used
Email correspondence is used to answer you and, if we start working together, to run the engagement. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for. Legal basis under GDPR: legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)) and performance of a contract where an engagement follows (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts and all assets are served from our own host.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy of personal data we hold (in practice: your emails to us), and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@pushcollective.net; we answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local supervisory authority.
California visitors
We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we collect none of the categories that would trigger notice obligations beyond what this policy already describes. California residents may exercise access and deletion rights via contact@pushcollective.net.
Children
This site addresses professional advertisers and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
Retention and security
Correspondence is kept while relevant to an inquiry or engagement and deleted on request. Server logs rotate within 30 days. Email is hosted with a GDPR-compliant EU provider under a data-processing agreement.
