Terms of service

Effective date: 18 August 2026 · Push Collective OÜ

Who these terms bind

These terms govern your use of pushcollective.net, operated by Push Collective OÜ, Telliskivi 60a, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia. By using the site you accept them. Service engagements are governed by their own written agreements, which prevail over anything here where they differ.

What the content is, and is not

Checklists, receipts, and pricing pages are professional information, published in good faith and checked against sources on the dates shown. They are not financial, legal, or investment advice. Advertising networks change deposits, prices, and policies without asking us; verify current numbers with the platform before spending money.

Results and write-ups

Campaign figures in our receipts describe specific engagements under specific conditions, with clients anonymized. They are records, not promises: your offers, GEOs, and budgets will produce their own numbers, and no outcome on this site is a guarantee of yours.

Client accounts stay client property

Ad-network accounts, tracker subscriptions, deposits, and data always belong to the client, held in the client's own name. When an engagement ends, everything keeps working without us.

The contact form

The form on the contact page is a front-end demonstration that transmits nothing, as the privacy policy explains in detail. The reliable channel is contact@pushcollective.net.

Intellectual property

Site content, including the checklists, belongs to Push Collective OÜ. Quote with attribution and a link; wholesale republication needs written permission. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement transfer per that engagement's agreement.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent Estonian law allows, Push Collective OÜ is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content, including media-buying losses, network account actions, or policy changes by third-party platforms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, with disputes settled in Harju County Court, Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Changes

We update these terms as the site or the law changes; the effective date above moves when we do. Questions: contact@pushcollective.net.
